Nikki Kietzer

Vice President, National Human Resources Sales

Nikki Kietzer is Salo’s vice president of national human resources sales. She’s responsible for leading our HR sales team and driving success for Salo’s HR consulting practice nationwide.

With more than 20 years of HR experience in a variety of companies and industries, Nikki understands our clients and their needs. (In fact, Nikki was a Salo client before she joined our team!) She also knows how to create a culture where employees thrive. Our HR team benefits from her deep experience in talent management, leadership development, coaching, talent acquisition, employee relations, and project management.

Nikki has been with Salo since 2016. She started as director of HR, was quickly promoted to managing director of the HR consulting team in our Minneapolis office, and then promoted to her current position. Before Salo, she held HR leadership roles in public, private, and non-profit organizations, including Milestone AV Technologies (a manufacturer of audiovisual products and now part of Legrand) and G&K Services (now Cintas—a market leader of branded uniform and facility services programs with more than 170,000 customer locations across North America).

Outside of work, Nikki is on the board of National Charity League, which focuses on philanthropy, leadership, and culture through the mother/daughter relationship.

Nikki is a graduate of the University of St. Thomas and lives in Minneapolis with her husband and two daughters. You might find her spending time in the bleachers cheering for her daughters on the basketball court, walking the trails in the Twin Cities’ western suburbs, or getting her caffeine at a Starbucks near you.
