As finance sales director in the Midwest, Marta Webb is an integral part of hiring, onboarding and training new business development directors (BDDs), as well as building brand awareness and growth in the Milwaukee and Kansas City markets. Marta’s experience as a senior business development director and her history of working in the Chicago market benefits Salo’s growing teams, consultants, and clients in our new markets.

Marta joined Salo as a finance business development director in 2016 and was promoted to senior business development director in 2022. An experienced mentor and peer leader, Marta’s deep knowledge and expertise in hiring and development continue to help grow Salo across the Midwest.

Prior to Salo, Marta held a variety of finance roles at Stout, CNA Insurance, Huron Consulting Group, and Deloitte. An active CPA, Marta has a degree in accounting from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.

Marta lives with her husband and three kids in the western suburbs of Chicago. She enjoys cooking, traveling, and spending time on the baseball and soccer field watching her kids play sports.
