She works closely with leadership to determine market entry strategy and leads the hiring and training of Directors within new markets for the West region. Her team consists of Directors with Big 4 and industry experience with successful careers across finance and accounting. She supports her team in building relationships with key leaders matching experienced consulting talent with organizational needs. Whether it’s a mid-market PE owned company needing a CFO, a large retail company going through a software implementation or a company getting prepped for an IPO, her team places top interim talent in a variety of industries and sizes of companies who are going through periods of change or transition.

Before joining Korn Ferry with the acquisition of Salo, Lois lead various business development teams within Minneapolis with her more recent role in leading the national expansion within several markets including Denver, Houston, Charlotte, Dallas and Salt Lake City. Prior to joining Salo Lois spent time at Target in various finance roles. She started her career at pwc within the private client services practice where she primarily audited private equity, venture capital, retail, manufacturing and financial services clients of the firm. Lois obtained her Bachelor’s of Accountancy from the University of North Dakota and has passed the CPA exam.
