Lois Depiesse

Managing Director, West Region, Finance

Lois Depiesse leads the finance teams for the western region of the U.S. She supports business development teams in growing their books of business and attracting top-tier finance/accounting consultants. Additionally, Lois has been key to Salo’s national expansion efforts, heading up many of our key expansion initiatives and hiring BDDs across the country.

Lois joined Salo as a BDD in 2014 and was promoted several times before her current role. Prior to joining Salo, she worked more than 10 years in various accounting and finance roles, including several roles at Target. Her last role at Target was senior manager, stores finance—the financial point of contact for Target store leaders. Before Target, she worked in the Private Client Services group at PricewaterhouseCoopers auditing the financial statements of primarily private companies with revenues ranging from $25M-$2B.

With an accounting degree from the University of North Dakota, Lois is a CPA (inactive certificate). In her “off” time you can find her with her family. She loves to cook and be outdoors—running, cross-country skiing, boating, waterskiing, or swimming in one of the cleanest lakes in Minnesota.
