Managing Director, Minneapolis Finance
As managing director of Minneapolis’ finance and accounting team, Lindsay Schneider works closely with a talented team of business development directors to provide meaningful experiences for consultants and clients. She continuously seeks top finance and accounting talent who are motivated to support clients’ needs and evolving strategies.
Lindsay is a CPA (inactive certificate). Before joining Salo, she spent her career in traditional accounting roles, both in public accounting at Ernst & Young and in industry at Optum. While at Optum, she had several roles including controller positions with OptumHealth’s Behavioral Health, Medical Benefits Management, and Prevention business units. She joined the Salo team as sales director in 2019 and quickly made the leap to managing director.
Lindsay has an accounting degree from the University of North Dakota. Lindsay lives in Chanhassen with her husband and three children. In the summer she enjoys golfing, pickleball, and spending time at the pool. In the winter, she loves downhill skiing and curling up with a good book.
