Denice manages teams in Houston and Dallas who partner with organizations seeking interim, senior level HR talent to partner across the full spectrum of HR including, Talent Acquisition, Talent Management, Total Rewards, HRIS, Leadership Development, and HR Transformation.

Denice’s experience spans over 25 years across the HR/People function. Prior to joining Korn Ferry Denice was a Global HR Leader for Aon where she focused on strategic business partnering, organizational change management, talent management and merger and acquisition leadership. Prior to this role, Denice was the Talent COE leader for Aon Hewitt leading the overall human capital strategy. Not only has she been in strategic HR roles, but she was also a business leader, within the HR business outsourcing space, leading the HR service center for Aon Hewitt’s BPO clients.

Denice holds a degree in business administration and finance from Southern Methodist University.
