Denice Larson

Sales Director, South Region, Human Resources

Denice Larson is Salo’s HR sales director for the south region. She works with Salo’s business development directors (BDDs) to help clients solve complex HR business challenges, while also helping Salo consultants create meaningful, fulfilling engagements that build their careers. She is passionate about helping others reach their career aspirations and finds so much joy in creating a perfect match between clients and consultants.

Prior to joining Salo, Denice spent over 24 years at Aon in various global HR leadership roles, where she focused on strategic business partnering, organizational change management, talent management, and HR operations leadership. She came to Aon through an acquisition of Hewitt Associates, where she also was a business leader within the HR business outsourcing space, heading up HR service centers for Aon Hewitt’s largest BPO clients. This balanced background of HR and business leadership roles allows Denice to truly help leaders shape high-performing cultures and develop human capital strategies in alignment with business objectives.

Denice holds a degree in business administration and finance from Southern Methodist University. She also received various change management certifications from the Society of Human Resources Management (SHRM).

She currently lives in Houston with her husband and a daughter, who is on her way to college. This big change means Denice is focused on enjoying each moment as they come! She loves boating on the lake with her family, taking getaways in the RV for some outdoor fun, and caring for several furbabies that keep her remarkably busy.
