Active in the talent sector for over 20 years, Colleen Frankwitz has a passion for connecting and exploring possibilities with potential talent.

As Salo’s vice president of People Connections, she leads a team of community ambassadors who cultivate relationships with talent in the marketplace. The team also provides the Salo team with insights on labor market supply/demand, workstyle preferences, location of talent, and the competitive landscape of gig economy workers.

Before joining Salo in 2016, Colleen held leadership roles in various HR disciplines including talent acquisition and talent development at American Medical Systems, UnitedHealth Group, and Best Buy Corporation.

Colleen holds a degree in organizational communication from the University of Wisconsin Eau Claire. Colleen lives in the Minneapolis metro area with her husband Steve, two kids, and her dog, Timber. She loves time at the cabin, dockside!
