Then, the consultant created a transition plan to move the organization forward, including working with Salo’s direct hire team to find a new, permanent CFO for the organization. Finally, the consultant helped with the hiring and onboarding of the new leader. Today, the client’s finance team is thriving and making an enormous, positive impact on the company.
