Situation
One of the nation’s largest drugstore chains and a leading pharmacy benefit manager created a joint venture to deliver prescriptions to consumers’ home. The new company needed to build an HR function from the ground up. They were in search of an interim leader to lead their total benefits work and build a brand new benefits and compensation structure.
