An environmental services company had a small, but mighty HR team. With day-to-day work and special projects, the HR manager had too many things on her plate. The company decided to bring in some Salo muscle to cover the day-to-day corporate HR responsibilities, so the HR manager could focus on other initiatives.
What started as a 3-6-month interim role, became a dynamic year-and-a-half engagement. The HR team quickly realized what an experienced Salo expert could bring to the table. And, when COVID hit, it was all hands on deck. Our consultant became a total utility player, helping the HR team navigate departures, new hires, COVID processes, and more.
In addition to being the day-to-day HR point of contact for the corporate employees, she also helped with special projects such as:
