These employees will help Salo continue to deliver the highest quality of service and our people-first approach—no matter where our clients and consultants live.
“These promotions reflect Salo’s commitment to continually elevating our team and our ability to serve clients nationwide,” said Lisa Brezonik, president of Salo. “The four talented professionals being promoted will focus on continuing to lead and develop our sales teams to create more opportunities to connect talent with companies and drive growth.”
Here’s who we’re celebrating:
- Lindsay Schneider, sales director, finance has been promoted to managing director, finance in Minneapolis. She will continue to use her strengths to nurture Salo’s consultants in their careers and grow Salo’s existing and new relationships with organizations in the Twin Cities.
- Lois Depiesse, sales director, has been promoted to senior sales director. In the past, Lois has played a key role in driving the growth of Salo’s business and potential. Now, Lois will transition to the new role of senior sales director, remote sales, and national expansion. In this role, Lois will use her strengths to launch Salo’s national presence.
- Loralee Wick, managing director, finance, in Minneapolis, has been promoted to senior managing director, finance with responsibility for both Minneapolis and Chicago. Loralee’s deep industry knowledge and expertise have helped lead Salo’s Minneapolis finance business to new levels. She will be focused on uniting the finance business units and driving continued growth.
- John Owen, manager, internal finance, has been promoted to director, internal finance. John has helped revamp Salo’s budget process and used his technical talent and collaboration skills to overhaul Salo’s analytics and reporting capabilities. In his new role, he will continue to support Salo’s growth and expansion into new markets.
