We are pleased to welcome Lisa Goldson Armstrong and Mandy Tuong to our board. They join board chair Mark Zesbaugh and board members Marc Kermisch and Lori Riley, broadening the board’s experience and skills with expertise across marketing innovation and executive leadership.
Here’s a little more about them:
Lisa Goldson Armstrong brings deep marketing and strategic expertise from senior-level leadership roles at organizations ranging from start-ups to multinational companies. Most recently she held the role of senior vice president of strategy, marketing & innovation for Filtration Group, where she defined and deployed growth strategies across the entire Industrial business unit portfolio. She has also served as vice president of marketing and strategy with Pentair and director of marketing and strategy with Honeywell ACS, after spending the first decade of her career in information technology.
Lisa is a recipient of the Rising Star Award from The CMO Club, in recognition of her demonstrated abilities to lead, innovate and transform companies—skills we are thrilled she will bring to our board.
Mandy Tuong is president and CEO of InFaith Community Foundation, a public charity with more than $450 million in assets that provides annual grants to charitable organizations across the world. Previous to her appointment as CEO, she served as senior vice president and general counsel for InFaith. She also served as lead counsel for programs, operations and grantmaking at the Gordon and Betty Moore Foundation, one of the country’s ten largest foundations. She began her career as an attorney at Stinson LLP and senior counsel at Thrivent Financial.
Mandy is an alumna of Stanford University’s Executive Program and a longtime member of the Minnesota Women’s Economic Roundtable. She is mission-driven and grounded in service, people and relationships. These are traits that align with how we conduct business and know Mandy will be a valued addition to our board.
