Salo is excited to welcome our new chief talent officer (CTO): Kaleen Robinson. Kaleen is already settling into the job of leading our national talent and HR teams.
According to our CEO, Lisa Brezonik, “Kaleen has an impressive career developing talent and human resource teams that have enhanced overall business growth. This will be an invaluable asset for Salo as we build more and better processes and practices—for our employees and consultants in 2022 and beyond. We are thrilled to have her leadership and expertise at Salo.”
Kaleen comes to Salo from Alight Solutions where she was the vice president of human resources. While there, she oversaw the development and implementation of dynamic workforce strategies that accelerated business growth. For example, she formalized an annual talent review process and succession plans in every business unit. She also led high-performing HR teams across North America, India, and Poland to deliver HR services to their internal businesses.
Prior to Alight, Kaleen worked as the vice president of human resources for AON—a complex, highly matrixed organization with 10,000 colleagues and contractors in 120 countries. At AON, she led the development and implementation of business-aligned HR strategies, solutions, and programs. She also drove the cultural shift to integrate the company’s global footprint by building strong cross-cultural competencies and training for managers and teams.
Kaleen lives in the Chicagoland area with her family.
