We are excited to announce three changes to our leadership team on the finance and business development teams. Dave Rust is now chief financial officer; Nick Gust is senior managing director, business development strategy; and Loralee Wick is managing director, finance (Minneapolis).
As our business continues to evolve and expand, these moves support our values and provide the needed resources and support to strategize, plan for and achieve our goals.
Dave Rust, who joined the company in March 2016, was previously director of internal finance and responsible for evolving its analytics, reporting and budgeting systems. As CFO, he will continue to lead the company’s financial strategies, revenue management and financial reporting.

Nick Gust has served as senior managing director, finance since 2010, where he oversaw significant growth and more than doubled revenue. In his new role as senior managing director, business development strategy, he will develop company wide growth strategies and partnerships, and provide strategic leadership to the recruitment of business development talent.

Loralee Wick, previously sales director, finance (Minneapolis), joined Salo in 2008 and has held various leadership roles on the team during that time, becoming a highly influential factor in the finance team’s growth. As Wick steps into the managing director, finance role (Minneapolis), she will lead the finance organization and be responsible for driving growth and positive client and consultant impact.
