Based on employee satisfaction
For this award, honorees are selected based on a composite score of employees’ responses to a survey. Salo’s employees were among thousands of Minnesota workers to weigh in on topics such as engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction at their workplaces. (More than 300 companies participated this year.)
