We’re so excited to announce that—for the second year in a row—Salo has been named one of the Star Tribune’s “Top Workplaces”.
Based on employee satisfaction
For this award, honorees are selected based on a composite score of employees’ responses to a survey. Salo’s employees were among thousands of Minnesota workers to weigh in on topics such as engagement, organizational health, and satisfaction at their workplaces. (More than 300 companies participated this year.)
“At Salo, we all work together to create a culture worth celebrating,” says Lisa Brezonik, Salo’s president. “So, an award determined by employee opinions is always rewarding. And during the pandemic, with employees working harder than ever to connect our consultants with the companies who need their help, this award is even more meaningful.”

A big thanks to the employees that participated
Along with Lisa, the entire leadership team would like to say a big thanks to the all of the employees who participated in the award survey process.
Lisa says, “We pride ourselves on ‘connecting people to make a difference’ and it all starts with connecting with each other. That synergy is infectious. I’m thrilled that so many of our employees took the time to celebrate that culture and connection in the survey.”
