When Staffing Industry Analysts (SIA) named Salo to the “Best Staffing Firm to Contract for in 2022 (North America)” list, it was extra an extra special honor. In addition to providing national recognition for the Salo team, we’re especially proud to be recognized for offering a culture where expert finance, accounting, and HR consultants can be successful and feel like they belong.
How the honorees were chosen
The organizations honored on the list were chosen based on a survey completed by consultants and contractors throughout the country. The survey measured key engagement categories such as teamwork, trust in senior leaders, diversity and inclusion, manager effectiveness, compensation, and benefits.
Almost half of Salo’s consultants (45%) completed the survey. Big thanks to all the consultants that participated!
