We’re excited to announce internal promotions of two remarkable Salo team all-stars. These promotions reflect our continued growth and commitment to delivering the highest quality of service and people-first approach within the staffing and consulting industry.
Here’s who we’re celebrating:
- Nick Gust has been promoted to chief operating officer at Salo. He will maintain his current responsibilities and direct report relationships but will also assume responsibility for the operational support function. Nick has taken on various leadership roles at Salo since 2010. In his most recent position as general manager of consulting and staffing services, he successfully led Salo’s Minneapolis finance team, helped create the Salo Compass™, and built Salo’s BDD candidate pipeline.
- Adam Sprecher has been promoted to vice president, strategy and development. Most recently Adam served as Salo director, strategy and integration. Adam’s background will allow Salo to strengthen its internal operations as the company grows. He has been making an impact at Salo since 2007 by consistently asking “why” which has led to the development of stronger processes and tools, but more importantly it has led to further development of the Salo team.
