About Nikki’s successes at Salo
In her role as vice-president of national sales focusing on HR, Nikki Kietzer connects Salo’s expert HR consultants with organizations across the country. In her three years managing the HR sales team, she’s created a significant positive impact, including driving a year-over-year average revenue increase of 12.8% each year, with a combined 34.8% increase within three years. She has also increased the number of Salo HR clients by almost 65%, boosted consultant placements by 40%, and tripled the number of HR consultants on Salo’s roster.
About her work in the community
Nikki also shines outside of work. She’s a founding member of the Minneapolis chapter of the National Charity League—which focuses on fostering philanthropy by offering opportunities for mothers and daughters to volunteer together. She has been involved with the organization since 2017 and is currently president elect. Through the League, she has participated in variety of service projects with her daughters at the Ronald McDonald House, Special Olympics, and Senior Community Services. In addition to the League, she regularly volunteers with Interfaith Outreach, the Pinky Swear Foundation, and several other organizations.
