The webinar—targeted to change management professionals–was hosted by ACMP Midwest (The Association of Change Management Professionals).
The discussion focused on belonging. Questions covered included:
- What does it mean to have a culture of belonging?
- How to bring belonging into your culture by leveraging a change management framework for sustained progress
- How to increase DEI awareness at each level of an organization and move awareness to action
- How to embed inclusion and belonging into culture for sustained progress
The panel was facilitated by Alix Prassas, Vice president and head of diversity, equity, and inclusion at Collaborative Solutions. Kendra Dodd, Founder of Fulfil-2B, also participated as a panelist.
