Recently, Salo’s CEO, Lisa Brezonik, helped Cristo Rey Jesuit High School (one of Salo’s social impact partners) kickoff a podcast about the future of the workplace.
Cristo Rey provides college prep education to students in urban communities. In addition to sponsoring the school, Salo participates in Cristo Rey’s work-study program—employing students for eight-month internships.
About the podcast
In the new podcast, Cristo Rey Conversations, Cristo Rey will, “invite key business and organizational leaders, members of our faculty and staff, students and alumni, and other members of the community to offer their perspectives on the transformation taking place in the workplace today.”
In the first episode, Cristo Rey vice president of strategic growth, Tim Kosiek, talks to Lisa about some of the emerging changes in the relationships between employees and employers. They also discuss the leadership characteristics that will be necessary to facilitate the workplace of tomorrow.
