At Salo, we’re continuing to grow our national presence. As part of this process, we’re promoting some exceptional sales professionals to new and exciting positions.

This sales leadership structure reflects our evolution to being a national brand. We are extremely proud of increasing our influence and ability to create meaningful work for talent across the country.”
These promotions expand the leadership in our areas of expertise: finance and HR.
Financial sales leadership promotions:
Loralee Wick is now vice president, national finance sales and will lead the finance sales team nationally. In her 13-year career with Salo, Loralee served as a business development director, sales director, and managing director. Her leadership will make an even larger impact in her new role.
Mary Cook has been promoted to managing director, Midwest finance. Mary joined Salo in 2017 as the leader of the Chicago finance team, which grew rapidly under her management. In her new role, Mary will continue to lead the Chicago finance team and begin to increase our presence throughout the Midwest.
Lois Depiesse has been promoted to managing director, West and South finance. Lois previously served as a business development director and sales director for the Minneapolis finance team. A key part of our national rollout team, she will work nationally to grow the Western and Southern regions.
HR sales leadership promotions:
Nikki Kietzer has been promoted to vice president, national HR sales. She will lead the HR sales team nationally. Nikki joined Salo in 2016 as internal HR director before being promoted to HR sales director and then HR managing director.
Dave Telep has been promoted to sales director for the Western and Southern HR team. He joined Salo as a business development director with Minneapolis HR in December 2019. In his new role, Dave will be focused on hiring, onboarding, and training new business development directors in the Western and Southern regions, as well as building client and consultant relationships.
